Liban Ismail
Liban learned early how inclusive education, technology and local ownership can transform lives. He holds a Master’s degree in Social Sciences from the University of Turku, where he focused on inequality, welfare systems and education.
For more than a decade, he has worked at the intersection of social impact, technology and community empowerment—leading initiatives that connect immigrant communities, diaspora networks and public systems.
As a long-time entrepreneur, Liban has founded and advised mission-driven ventures and has deep experience in project design, public-private partnerships, early-stage funding, acceleration programmes and founder support.
